I started my first week in the property management industry just prior to Cyclone Larry hitting Cairns in 2006 and was simply thrown right in the deep end. Thankfully I didn't sink and am still swimming strong today.

I have resided in Cairns for 16 years and I developed Wise Property Agents in 2010 to give property owners a different approach from your average Cairns Property Management service. A service that is more personal from an agent who actually cares about your investment property is if it were my own. Wise Property Agents continues to thrive with properties managed throughout all areas of Cairns with the main focus in Cairns South.
